Returns & Refunds Policy
At Gas Depot, we want you to be completely happy with your order. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for our bottled gas service.
Who We Are
Gas Depot is part of Eastern Gases, proudly serving London and beyond since 2009. We supply bottled gas for domestic and commercial use — including our own trusted brands REALGLOW and WARMGLOW.
Cancelling an Order

If you change your mind before your delivery has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or amend your order.

We’ll process your cancellation and refund promptly if your cylinder hasn’t yet left our depot.
Returns

If you no longer need your gas and the cylinder is unused, sealed, and in its original condition, you can return it to us for a refund.

Please let us know within 14 days of delivery if you wish to make a return.

Used cylinders or cylinders not in their original sealed condition cannot be returned for a refund but can be exchanged if you need a refill.
Cylinder Deposits

All gas cylinders remain the property of Flogas Britain Ltd and can be returned to us if you no longer require supply for a deposit refund.

Deposit refunds apply where a deposit was paid at the time of your first purchase.

We’ll confirm your return and arrange free collection within our delivery areas.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe once we receive the returned cylinder.
